Is this the only option to deal with an aggressive passenger? Clearly options become scarce when it comes to handling aggressive behaviour while in flight. CSRs and other ground crew need to be trained in recognizing early signs of aggression, having the proper tools and confidence to engage these individuals prior to boarding and having clear policies that support and guide the employees… as for the clients, a very small number of them will display such overt behaviors.
