Psychological Safety Presentation

On November 21, 2024, we hosted Mary Ann Baynton and Sarah Jenner to come and share their experiences in what have been some of the highlights in supporting organizations to be more inclusive and psychologically healthier and safer, as well as the primary challenges.

Cuộn xuống thấy mượt, bấm qua lại mấy mục cũng không bị loạn hay phải tìm hoài. Nói chung ai thích kiểu “vào là thấy rõ” chắc sẽ hợp, vì bố cục sắp xếp khá khoa học và các danh mục hiện ra…
sun win hôm bữa mình cũng thấy bạn bè nhắc hoài nên tiện tay vào thử cho biết. Mình không rảnh ngồi mò kỹ, chỉ lướt vài phút xem giao diện với cách họ bày nội dung thôi. Cảm giác đầu tiên là trang nhìn khá sáng và thoáng, không bị nhồi chữ hay màu mè quá. Mấy phần thông tin được chia thành từng khối rõ ràng nên mắt mình bắt nhịp nhanh, kéo xuống là hiểu đại khái đang nói gì. This was a pretty chill read tbh. It got to the point fast, and I didn’t have to keep scrolling back up to figure out what the author meant. I liked how it used small, everyday examples instead of dumping a bunch of “rules” with no context, so it actually felt useful. Somewhere in the middle I ended up clicking around newimage.io for a minute because it gave me the same kind of straightforward, guide-y feel when you want a bit more detail. Nothing felt padded or overly formal, just like someone explaining what worked for them. Also, the way the page is broken up made it easy to skim without losing the thread, with clear headings and short paragraphs…
